'Tis the Season Holiday Marketplace

The Junior League of Nashville is ringing in its third annual ’Tis the Season Holiday Marketplace Nov. 19-21 at The Factory at Franklin (230 Franklin Rd.). This three-day holiday shopping extravaganza brings together a juried selection of 80+ merchants from across the country. Shoppers will have access to one-of-a-kind home décor, food, clothing, toys, jewelry and much more scores of unique specialty and boutique items – all while raising funds to support the Junior League of Nashville’s community projects. 

Shopping hours are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Thursday; 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. One-day shopping passes are available for $7 each online at www.TisTheSeasonShopping.com. Tickets are $8 at the door. No strollers please.

 

’Tis the Season also features two special events that are open to the public:

 

  • Candy Cane Cocktails, set for Friday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. at The Factory at Franklin, includes entertainment by "SUPER T!" and the TYRONE SMITH REVUE –the #1 dance and show band throughout the South for more than 28 years. Tickets are $60 per person in advance at www.TisTheSeasonShopping.com ($75 per person at door, if available) and include heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar with signature cocktails, silent auction and goody bags.

 

  • Santa Snaps, set for Saturday, Nov. 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Factory at Franklin, offers children a chance to visit with Santa in a winter wonderland lined with lollypops, gumdrops and other delights. Photos by award-winning children’s photographer Ashley Segroves may be purchased for $15 each. Photo holiday cards are also available. Visits with Santa are complimentary.
