Event date: 9/20/2017 to 11/30/2017
Location: Nashville

Dr. Mitch Johnson will lead the 10-week life improvement course "Beyond Limits: Science of Mind and Spirit 101" on selected Wednesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 20-Nov. 30 at the Center for Spiritual Living Nashville. There will be two separate classes meeting from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesdays and 7-9 p.m. on Thursdays. The class will not meet the week of Thanksgiving. Attendees will learn the practical tools to discover the "everyday miracles" in their lives, including empowered intentions, creative thinking, affirmative prayer, soul-stirring affirmations, and guided meditation. Tuition for "Beyond Limits" is $250 for all 10 classes or $35 per class. First-time attendees may opt out of the course after the first class at no charge. The course will use the textbooks "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza and "How to Change Your Life" by Dr. Ernest Holmes. "The course will be a wonderful new way to use the new science of meditation and intention to create the life you desire,” said Johnson, the senior minister for CSLN. "Attendees will thrive in an atmosphere of expansive thinking, creativity and total acceptance." First-time attendees may opt out of the course after the first class at no charge.
