Boot Camp Body is a fun, intense, 4-week program designed to help you get in the best shape of your life! You'll kick-start your metabolism, burn fat, and change your body composition. BCB is not just "another" boot camp class. Our program includes a fitness evaluation, nutrition plan, and result tracking. BCB is for ALL women and all fitness levels. Even though you are working in a group, you'll work at your own rate. Your workouts will include cardio, muscle toning, core strength training, and pelvic floor (mommy muscles) conditioning. 

  • Don’t freeze this winter! Exercise indoors with real equipment, not park benches.
  • Classes meet at Velocity Sports Performance in Cool Springs.
  • You will never pay a health club fee and will never have a sub-par workout.
